Founded in 1852 by Franz Wertheim, Wertheim is still a family-run company with headquarters in Austria, production sites in Slovakia and an international dealer network.

All safes and security products are designed and developed in Austria and produced in Europe.  This guarantees an optimum level of quality control and security standard.

Wertheim safes are manufactured with the highest quality materials and are subjected to demanding security tests. The safes are tested at independent test laboratories against mechanical and thermal burglary tools, and they must prove their intrusion resistance and theft attempts.
