Franz Freiherr von Wertheim established the company with a mission to manufacture fire-resistant safes. Today, as then, we focus on premium products for homes and all business sectors.
With over 170 years of history, Wertheim has completed countless projects. To date, we have sold over one million safes worldwide.

Wertheim has three sites in Austria, with headquarters in Guntramsdorf, plus three additional plants in Slovakia.
