The Wertheim BP series is ideal if you require high burglary protection along with increased protection from fire and extinguishing water. Certified fire protection is essential, especially when storing sensitive documents and valuables. In laboratory tests, the safe is exposed to intense fire, ensuring that the internal temperature does not exceed 170°C within the specified time frame. Since regular writing paper only ignites at around 360°C, your documents are well protected even in extreme heat.

Security & Certification

The safes in the BP series comply with the European standard EN1143-1 and are certified for resistance grade II. The BP safes with fire protection meet the LFS30 (BP10 – LFS60) standards, providing 30 minutes (BP10 – 60 minutes) of fire protection for paper documents. This means they offer solid burglary protection as well as reliable fire protection for paper documents.
