The CM series offers not only more interior space due to its increased external width but also the option to install a wide range of lock variants or even two locks simultaneously. This meets specific commercial requirements, providing additional flexibility and security. These models are ideal when a high level of protection for valuables is needed, and the available space at the installation site needs to be maximized.
Security & Certification
The safes in the CM series comply with the European standard EN1143-1 and are certified for resistance grade III. To ensure full acceptance by all insurance companies, we rely exclusively on renowned testing institutes and certifications such as VdS, ECB-S, and VSÖ. This guarantees that no issues will arise with your insurance in the event of a claim due to unrecognized or insufficient certifications.
Design and Quality
The CM models come standard with a high-quality, scratch-resistant coating in RAL7037 Dusty Grey. This ensures surface durability for decades. For special requirements, we also offer custom finishes to meet any design preference.
With Wertheim’s consistently high manufacturing quality, the CM series stands out with good haptics when opening and closing the door, as well as when operating the locking mechanism.
Function & Features
The safes in the CM series come standard with a cable hole on both the left and right sides. This allows for powering devices like a hard drive inside the safe or transmitting a Wi-Fi signal to the outside. This means watch winders or data backup drives can be operated without compromising security. Additionally, all CM models come pre-fitted with a VdS-certified setup for connecting to a burglar alarm system.
The CM safes come standard with a double-bit lock and two keys. Optionally, you can upgrade your safe with an electronic lock or other lock models. In all models, it is possible to install an electronic lock mechanical redundancy (Combi B90) and dual locks (two locks used simultaneously).
The door hinge is standard on the right but can be ordered with a left hinge at no extra cost. The external door hinge, a signature Wertheim feature, allows the door to open up to 180°, providing full access to the interior width of the safe for convenient loading.
Our CM safes are prepared for both floor and rear wall anchoring. The necessary, certified anchor bolts are included.
